This project is currently under rezoning with the City of Saskatoon. WestCliff is proposing a project that will not exceed the current approved height of 17 storeys. There is no specific development proposal yet established, the physical building design process would begin once the rezoning is approved.
All images are an artistic representation of the proposed development. The final building is expected to closely reflect the design shown, with minor changes possible as the project progresses through detailed design and construction.
