The Lounge
The Oliver will have one resident lounge located on the main floor of the apartment building. The Lounge will be open to all residents as a shared space or residents will be able to book out the space privately. The Lounge is a great space, that will allows residents to get out of their suites, connect with others, and host friends and family.

The Oliver will feature a fitness centre that is designed to support resident wellness goals. This space will be fully equipped with modern machines, free weights, and open space. This resident space allows the convenience of being active without having to leave their place of residence.
The Oliver Bikes
The Oliver will feature a bike sharing program for residents to enjoy. The bikes are free to use, and residents will simply unlock the bikes through the bike sharing app.
